What is PC-Gallery (Private Collection Gallery)?
PC-Gallery is a unique Art Web Site that encourages users to purchase or sell within a niche art market. That market is original art, painted in the 1900’s, with styles of the impressionist movement.
…We do not offer works by living artists. We do offer paintings by deceased selling artists whose works are currently part of Private Collections. That would include people who have purchased art they no longer desire, and people who inherited art they wish to sell.
…The artwork presented is priced between 60% – 70% below what a neighborhood gallery would list them for. We want people to love their purchases. We want new homes for the art we ourselves love.
…Our Marketing efforts are social media based and are concentrated in the NJ Metro Area. This is because we want potential purchasers to have the opportunity to come and see their prospective art. Appointments to view selected paintings can be made in a public location close to the seller.
…We do not offer framing services. We are individuals with private art collections looking to downsize, and we are not a retail business.
